This is the most disappointing place I’ve ever been to. I am deaf and my husband was interpreting for me, telling her how and what shape I wanted my eyebrows done. She complained and yelled “I know what I’m doing don’t tell me.” My daughter was listening to the woman, and as the woman knew she was watching and listening, she explicitly told another customer where we lived, and that we were TWO minutes late to our appointment. Because of that she said she would continue taking other customers before him. 4 times my daughter told the woman my hubby wanted a Mani Pedi and for over 3 hours they completely ignored my husband. My daughter has 7 CUTS from the man doing her nails. We decided to leave without tipping for the first time ever. Warning… Stay away from them, there’s a reason they’re so cheap. It’s because their work and customer service ethic is horrible. Go to MTV Nail they’re the best!!!! We will be coming here from now on!!!

Fast, friendly, and affordable service. Nice massage chairs for a pedicure! I appreciated the longer open hours because some salons in the area close early. I accidentally smudged my manicure while putting on my shoes and the nail tech quickly fixed it! So kind! Thank you!! Manicure, Pedicure

I have been trying to get my nails done for a week now and today I walked in well before closing and I was told they couldn’t do them today or in the morning because they were busy. Several days I called to make an appointment and no one answered the phone. The one time they did answer the phone they told me they were too busy and hung up without asking if I would like to make an appointment. I definitely will never try to go again.

There is not many places in Lexington to get a mani pedi. But the better choice is def. VNAILS. I’ve been going for a few years now. The owners are very nice and the atmosphere is always clean. Prices are very affordable. They are cash only fyi. They always do a great job on my nails. 🙂
