I just went in for the first time today to get a fill and color change and I’m going back from now on! The woman who did my nails was so detail oriented and did a PERFECT job! The color I originally picked was totally not what it was supposed to be so she helped me pick a new one. Also I loved that she filed the underside of my nails because with acrylics on the growth gets messy and under your nails just gets a bit dirty in general so since she cleaned them up they look so nice! The space is also so clean and comfortable! And everyone there was very social and friendly! Prices are fair and with how great the service was and how perfect the outcome is it’s for sure worth tipping! Thanks you again V Nails for such a wonderful pampering experience!!!

Keep your hands FAR away from this place. Not only did they practically file the sides of my nails off but they made me bleed several times. To top it off, the color I chose on the model nail did NOT match the bottle color. They have some old samples; do not trust the colors you see. Honestly, just go somewhere else. I will never come here again. The guy was very rude. I came in just to get my acrylics off, he filed them down way to much to the point they were breaking off when he was shaping them. During the process of filing them down he cut me 3 times to the point I was bleeding, then proceeded to get mad at me for pulling my hand away.

I went in for a dip manicure today. I had an appointment with Kim per a recommendation of a friend. I do not think Kim was the one who did my nails although I told them I had an appointment with her. When the tech was done, I asked her to fix a nail that was lumpy. She took it upon herself to fix two more. My pinky should have been fixed too. The worst part is how bad she cut me. Nothing like showing off your new manicure with blood around it. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I decided on saturday to get a pedicure and a manicure cause who doesn’t need self care. my friend and I both got the same person to do our pedicures and he had the water extremely hot for me to the point my feet were very red. when he was actually trying to trim my cuticle he jammed the sharp edge and cut a part of my skin off which cause an ingrown toe nail in general the pedicure looks not that good but i wasn’t mad about that at the time but the fact my toe is now infected and ingrown makes me upset. the same man did my manicure. He rushed while doing it. there was big globs of the top coat left on the sides of my nails and underneath them. he made my hands extremely dry and didn’t wait for them to dry before putting more stuff over it. truly disappointed. overall the nails looked very poorly done

They did a good job overall with the pedicure, we got the wax and hot stone treatment. Gel polished could have been applied a little better as some areas didn’t have full polish. They were probably rushing due to their influx of customers shortly after we arrived (we scheduled ahead since there were four of us). I would definitely go back though and look at the polish before I leave.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went here about a week ago with my sister and was told they could get us in at the time we wanted. When we got there 2 people got up from their pedi chairs because they were waiting forever and said they will come back some other time. None of the workers even looked up or said anything. When we tried to see if another place could take us they said they were able to do our pedis. They did a horrible job! They left my toenails super long and edgy and all my polish is coming off already! I had to go home and cut my own nails and my sisters was awful as well! What a waste of money! I went here about a week ago with my sister and was told they could get us in at the time we wanted. When we got there 2 people got up from their pedi chairs because they were waiting forever and said they will come back some other time. None of the workers even looked up or said anything. They left my toenails super long and edgy and all my polish is coming off already! I had to go home and cut my own nails and my sisters was awful as well! What a waste of money! Critical: Professionalism, ValueThey have no people skills. Me and my 3 sisters were in their 4 hours for pedicures & manicures & they never even spoke to us. I was telling the lady as she was filing my nails that they were u even she has an attitude. They are very aggressive when handeling your toes & feet. My sisters were with me and my little sister got a basic pedicure with normal nail polish and they charged her $55 when they’re sign clearly states $30. They don’t have prices for acrylic full set with powder. Me and my sister got the same basic nails & exact same length and they charged her $65 & I was charged $80 & when we asked about pricing the lady proceeded to laugh in our face and the man told us if we didn’t like it we didn’t have to come back.They are con artists & my family & I will never be going back. They were absolutely amazing. My daughter ha d gotten her nails done previously from a different salon. They did a horrible job. Lee fixed her nails for her and told her that he is her go to for nails. Made sure she rembered his name and made my 14 year old feel important.
