I went in today super excited for an acrylic manicure & basic pedicure & not to be mean but it’s probably the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten smh my total came up to $85.85 & I tipped $5 to be nice because I honestly wasn’t going to tip. I usually do my own nails but I wanted to relax today & have someone else pamper me. The person who did my nails was super nice but this job was just not it for me ☹️

i walked into the door and they were accusing me of calling for 5 pedicures, 10 mins later the lady who called for those pedicures walked through the door. very poor attitude and was rude. spent 45 minutes filing and buffing and the shape was still not right, looks more square then coffin. the length was way longer then asked for. the design is terrible. the sign said $35 and ended up paying $55. after a day of having them, they were already lifting. She did amazing work. They are so kind there too. The prices are unbeatable. They have the biggest selection of colors I’ve ever seen in a salon. Not only that but they also use organic products. They deserve more than 5 stars. She also did a great job on my eyebrows. You can’t beat their prices or their quality of service.

My names Aubrey! I love love love this salon! I’m PICKY! They gave me exactly what I was looking for yesterday! I will NEVER go anyplace else. I’ve had no luck in Jamestown for YEARS but this place is wonderful. Very calming setting and they are so very kind. Critical: Quality, ValueStaff was nice and personable however press on nails looks better. I got them done yesterday paid 50 bucks and going to soak them off. I’ve had very little luck in this area with nail quality. Never again. May be good for other services but I’m extremely shocked at the amount of good reviews on quality.Service: Acrylic nails

A last minute girls trip turned into some much needed foot care after viewing all of the beautiful views and trails by foot. We decided to look for walk-in nail salons post covid days. They got my friend and I right into the spa chairs and got our piggies soaking. We opted for the spa pedicure. Man, let me tell you, paraffin wax, foot massage and hot stones!
