Critical: QualityI’ve been going to this place for several years trying to be pleased with the work. It was so hit and miss on whether I got a good job done or not.I get my nails done maybe once every 6 months to a year and it’s supposed to be a treat for myself.But I will not spend anymore money at V nails.I got dip powder and I was left with lumpy, chipped caked on nails with jagged, half painted cuticles. The powder didn’t even make it to the sides and the final varnish didn’t either. Kevin is absolutely the sweetest! My nails are beautiful and I enjoyed my time while getting them done. 10/10 definitely coming back!

Really wish I didn’t leave with a mask on the back of my calves and she stalled and started doing other stuff during my 10 min massage and did not finish it out. Charged $51 for a $36 service plus gel nail add-on…not sure how that one added up. Will not be back, which is disappointing because it’s very convenient.

Was a walk in. Had a bad dip powder application elsewhere so I needed it removed. Asked for a dip powder removal and a basic manicure, no polish. She was finished in 20 minutes with very little effort put into it. Then they charged me $30 for basically a polish removal! Unbelievable. Manicure

This was the biggest waste of money as well as a terrible experience. We had to argue with the techs to get the child mani pedi for my 7 year old, my friend and myself were basically ignored and ended up with nails that look like a 2 year old painted and didn’t even get the things listed that were included in the exorbitant $30 pedicure. The polish was chunky, old and very poorly applied. After when we went to pay we were just stared at instead of given a total or asked about our services. I had to ask if he was ready and what the charge was. I will never be back in this establishment.

Didn’t want to have to leave a bad review but. I’m done. Been there 4 times. Who wants to do business with a place you have to watch every move so you don’t get up charged without consent, and still leave with poor quality work. I saw them turn a client away just because she wanted her nails removed and no other service, but a diff client came in right after and they helped her. Asian hustling at its finest idgaf.
