I’ve went to every walk-in nail spa in Johnson city or elizabethton and all of them are the same….mediocre and not satisfied. I called VN Nails in elizabethton and they were able to get me in the same day for a pedicure. Mary did mine and I am so thankful to have finally found someone who takes their time, doesn’t rush, and makes sure every detail is just right!! What’s more is VN Nails is even cheaper than all of the walk-in nail salons but does a 5 star job!!! I’ll definitely be coming back!! Thank you so much!

because it’s more convenient for me to go 30 ft down the street to this shop vs driving all the way to piney flats, I thought that I’d try and get my nails done. BOTH times I have tried to walk in, they have refused me at the door. Once was a Friday afternoon, I get that…but Monday at 930 am? Wth.

I have been coming here over a year. I like the staff. I always get a design on my big toes and gladly pay the $5 extra for it. I have never had a pedicure without a design. Today they refused to do it because they was too busy. If I had been told this upfront I would have cancelled my appointment that I made over 4 weeks ago and have went somewhere else. I was not told until they finished my pedicure. I feel like this is not good customer service. I will not go back to this place again because of this. I told them that. They didn’t care. They would rather lose a customer over a 5 minute design.

I’ve had my acrylic nails done many many years at numerous places all over America and I’m here to tell you that bar none, she is the best. She is thorough, careful, meticulous. What I was most amazed about is that 2 weeks later it doesn’t even look like I need a fill! When she does her acrylic and her fills she doesn’t cake it on, creating the Hump we are all familiar with. Not having that hump of Acrylic makes a world of difference. My natural nail isn’t peeling away from the acrylic and no black junk getting underneath. My nails are still just as gorgeous on top, underneath and on the sides as they were 2 weeks ago. HIGHLY recommended!!Services: Manicure, PedicureMary is amazing.
