I try to never write a negative review unless it is for the greater good. In this instance, I feel like anyone going into this nail salon for a regular manicure (not for gel or acrylics) needs to find a different place to go. Don’t waste your money like I did. My 3 girls and I got manicures on Saturday and by Saturday evening one of them had nail polish chip off, the next morning I woke up with cracks all in the clear coats of my French manicure (which didn’t look great in the first place), and by mid-day Sunday another daughter had chips on many of her nails. My oldest daughter got gel and they still look good 4 days later. We aren’t rough with our nails, being especially careful after manicures, so it doesn’t make any sense. The one thing I did notice is that I didn’t recognize any of the brands of nail polish they were using. It’s possibly just a product quality problem. The staff was very kind and friendly, it’s just not the place to go for a traditional manicure.

Only do walk-ins which is ok. told guy at front that i wanted acrylic fill. He told me that I should get a full set which is B.S. (he wanted to upsell me and it was only 10 days since last fill) I told him absolutely NOT… another guy came out to do my nails and said, “gel” I told him if he didn’t feel comfortable then I’ll wait for a girl. I don’t like to be pushed into something I don’t want. Had to wait 45 minutesfor ‘Angel’ who took her time but is really great! Thanks, Angel for rescuing me from a real bad situation but thank God I had the time to wait for her.

Absolutely, hands down the worst mani pedi of my life. I still left with dead skin in my feet, then had acrylics put in by a man with zero personality who did the worst job ever on designer nails I wanted. I had to come back twice and they never got it right. They use inferior products so my nails kept falling off. Total dissapointment and waste of my time and money.

Went in with my granddaughter, both wanting a pedi and a full set out on. The pedi wad really bad, and the nails were crooked and tilted up. When brought to his attention, he told me that’s how my nails were! Then paid 140.00! No joke! High prices and bad workmanship!
