The woman at the front was very friendly and shared with me about the membership and services provided. The doctor was so nice and professional. Although it was little painful during the treatment, my provider Jake is very experienced. After the pre-procedure disclosure, he carefully and thoroughly did it on my face twice mainly focused on my problem areas. After the numbing, the laser part of the treatment was about 15 mins. I have very sensitive skin, but with the calming mask they provided, most redness was gone shortly after. The amazing part is today, the 4th day after the treatment, my skin tone become lightened, pores are reduced, and some dark spots are disappeared. Overall its a very valuable and amazing treatment, worth to try. Their excellent service made me feel calm and comfortable (i was nervous at first place).
