I had 3 nails broken off by Kim using a fake nail to pry off the gel. My nails are 1/4 in long. Now u have 3 that are so short. I paid for the pedicure but I will not go back there for a nail job again. Very unprofessional.

First, They do not open on time, they were 20 minutes late opening. Second, they will not do your nails with your own product. I brought my own dip powder because I don’t like the idea of everyone dipping their hands into the same pot. And they would not use it. I will not be returning.

Nails look horrible went in for a fill and she didn’t use the pink powder when I told her my French set was pink and white, also had one broken and she made it shorter than all of my nails and I could have probably done it better ♀️ You can still see where my nails grew out when I first went in there. The last couple of times I had told her that my fingers were getting infections and that she doesn’t make them smooth and then they catch on things and then they come right off the acrylic nails. When I called up to complain about it she did not care she said bye-bye after I have tipped them very well in the past…Bad customer service

I went with my daughter and it was my first and the last , to me they left me a hole in my acrylic nail, I showed the lady the hole I had in the nail and she said “when you come back we fix it” that makes me really upset. Because I didn’t expect my nails to look horrible ,they didn’t file it even and to my daughter her fingers are dirty around and under the nail with acrylic. I don’t recommend this place I rather go to sky nails in belleview way better there than that place.

I came there for pedicures with my daughters for the first time. Very nice massage. Our feets were happy and nice. While Kim was doing the pedicure for my daughter, she noticed my eyebrows were messed up (The girl used to do my eyebrows for years moved to Michigan). Kim said she could fix it easily. I was hesitated, but I decided to give her a try. Wow! I am so happy now!! My brows are looking much better. Thank you Kim.

Got my nails done there and the lady (teenager) messed up so many times. She should not have her license for this. There’s baby hairs inside my nails, you can see it through the clear part. It’s smudged and sloppy. Got nail polish on my finger and didn’t take it off. Never going back there again. And to think I liked that place before, haha nope. Not anymore.
