I come here often and am usually extremely happy and have even sent others their way. Lan is always amazing but today I left in tears with nails I am going to have to have the polish Redon elsewhere. I requested Lan but was given a gentleman who was nice enough but did a terrible job at painting my nails and wouldn’t give me the color I asked for. He slung black gel polish and it hit the floor splattering everywhere then used a different black on my nails that melted off when put under the light and when he had to take that off and repaint them he acted like I was just being picky for not keeping the melting gel. I told him at one point I just want to be done I will get someone else to paint them and he insisted on finishing finally giving me the color I asked for in the first place but I left with polish on my fingers and it looking like my 13 year old painted them. If you go make sure you get Lan or Ana to do your service.

Suffice it to say, I was ripped off today! Ladies, I normally don’t do this because I value small businesses, but DO NOT come here for eyebrow waxing!!! Don’t do it! It’s not worth it. This was my second time coming here and I tried to shake off their negative energy the first time but it is very clear this salon does not care about people – and based off other reviews, my feelings stemming about it being a racial issue may hold true. I came back today because I thought I would have a different experience but sadly, it was the same feeling as before, only worse. The guy was yelling at me to get my attention instead of just coming to me politely and asking me to follow him, so that was already a red flag for me. He didn’t even take me the whole way back, I had to figure out where to go behind the curtain. The lady came in and did my eyebrows in five minutes tops. I wanted to get an adjustment but she seemed annoyed with me so I just left it alone. When I walked to the front, she asked if I was paying by credit card and when I said yes, she added on a $1 fee —— on top of the $20 charge. WHAT???!! $20??? I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for 20 years now, mainly in Austin, and I have NEVER paid $20. I think $12 was the most I paid, so this was beyond ridiculous. I wish I could remember how much I paid the first time, but I probably erased it from my memory because it was such a bad experience.

The last two times I have gone I was very specific about wanting a design. When they are done they say no they can’t do that. One was a heart and the other was a three leaf clover. If they could not do that I should have been told in the beginning. My nails even look lumpy this time. I have been going to them for years. I may need to rethink it

I took my three daughters outing to get our nails done. We told them what we wanted. My younger daughter only got her nails polish and nail tech rushed it; didn’t clean her nails correctly. I asked for dip powder and got something not near what I asked for. The nail tech rushed our nails. He didn’t pep our nails correctly like clean under them, cut the extra length off, etc. At the end they usually rub the oil onto your nails. He just dropped it on my nails and tile me go walk my hands. My daughter nails was not straight and my other nails came off in a week after getting them done. If they works had to their time with us and not been rushing, everything would probably been perfect. They don’t care about their customers only the money. I do not recommend them.

I love this place! Jennifer performed my mani/pedi and it was absolutely perfect. She was super sweet and very detailed. They serve mimosas, which adds to the relaxation. Can’t wait to go back. It was just what I needed.
