Got a pedicure here 2 days ago- now my big toe is so infected at the cuticle that if the antibiotics don’t stop the pus under my nail from accumulating, my entire nail will be surgically removed. The dr said it was from cutting my cuticle (which I said to NOT do). I’ve had a million pedicures and never have I had my toes become infected. This infection is so bad, if it’s not under control in 24-48 hours I’ll be getting the entire nail surgically removed!! And it hurts!!! I am so mad. I USE CLEAN TOOLS AND SANITIZE YOUR PEDICURE MACHINES!!!! Never again.

The customer service is the worst. The pedicure was substandard, they started my nails, but, when new customers came in they left me sitting there, to wait while they took care of the new customers. Way to expensive first of all. I had a refill and just my toes painted(only 1 coat might I add) with nail art and my bill was 63.00. It was more then getting a manicure and a pedicure. Then on top of everything, they didn’t even cover up my big toes with nail polish, they left the bottom of my toes completely unpolished, 3 days later on one toe, the polish completely came off. On 3 of my nails they didn’t cover the full nail and last she left so many streaks that it was NOT a smooth coat. Horrible

i normally go to this place and they do a decent job but i went this morning and literally had the worst experience. the color i picked out was a light/baby blue, i ended up with lilac purple on my nails, clearly not the same or not even close. they cut them way too short, and did not take their time. will not be returning. The Deluxe pedicure with wax is what I recommend!!! The lady that did mine took her time (which I prefer). I just about fell asleep in the chair I have been getting my nails done here for the last couple months and have always had a great experience.

Critical: ValueMy daughter and I went yesterday for manicures. I asked for a dipped powder manicure but he did the one where they brush on the powder. They took no care to shape my natural nail before adding extensions. The prices were not listed anywhere. They let my nails soak in acetone for 25 minutes which I feel made them so brittle. I felt like it was rush rush to do as many customers as possible in the last hour and 15 minutes of being open for the day.My daughter and I went yesterday for manicures.
