Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe worst braids, they looked like a toddler made them. When I complained to the owner she said the person who braided my hair is an independent contractor. They gave me a price over the phone and at the end wanted to charge me more. She kept pointing at a price list that she has listed on the salon. They gave me a price over the phone and at the end wanted to charge me more. She kept pointing at a price list that she has listed on the salon. Don’t waste your time and money going there.

Asked for normal cornrows, she did some kind of braid maze on my head. Told her I wear a Mohawk, braid maze extended to my ears and looked atrocious. To top off, it was faaar too tight, and started ripping my hair out within a day. Called her the following day to loosen it, and she told me she’d “help me with the crochet”. She was a very sweet lady, bit seems to have her own agenda and I don’t think I’ll be going back. If I’m paying someone, I expect to get what I asked for, especially when it was way less complicated than what was done.

Ladies Beware! Do not use this shop.I came home only to find that some of my edges were pulled out and now I am trying to grow my hair back.The owner is dishonest and has a bad attitude. I refuse to say how long I was there because it’s embarrassing. On a Saturday – no other clients – should have been a sign because the other shops were booked. if you love your hair and yourself do not come here!

One of the best hidden jems in tampa her service and technique is exceptional I was in awe of my goddess braids SO NEAT AND FAST the atmosphere was beautiful she has such a kind heart and great conversation I have a new place to call home when it comes to getting my hair done you guys should check her out
