I was not very pleased with the way the lady did my eyebrows. They were not even and it did not really seem like she really knew what she was doing. When she was applying the wax it was still a bit hot and when she when to rip the wax strip off she was going very slow.

I went today got coffin nails the lady said it was $5 charge for clipping the nail not only that bad customer service she started cursing me out because I asked why charge for clipping the nail if you do that anyways ? During that process when I arrived home I realized as she was was drilling my nail she slit my finger open while carelessly doing my nails . I recommend Lily’s on Albany Ave way better customer service .
