Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Upon entering, the gentleman that i believe is the owner was extremely rude to another customer he was servicing with a manicure. The customer jumped back in pain and proceeded to pull her hand forward to rush through the service. When it was my turn to get my eyebrows done he was very rough with the waxing strips being applied to my face which I really did not appreciate. Not to mention I specifically told him what part I only wanted waxed and he just ignored my request! I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just proceeded to pay. He charged me more for no reason!! I will not be returning this place is unprofessional and money hungry. Everyone look for salons that actually care about their customers! As for the gentleman I would the displeasure of experiencing, If you hate your job you should quit! Don’t take it out on people who look forward to a little self care from this stressful world we live in.If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Upon entering, the gentleman that i believe is the owner was extremely rude to another customer he was servicing with a manicure. The customer jumped back in pain and proceeded to pull her hand forward to rush through the service. Love the staff, the work is beautiful and I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLike another review, 4 of my gel nails fell off within 48 hours. Lady said it was my fault and I should have paid more for pink and white powder set. She fixed the nails but said she had another appointment so she couldn’t put another the extra coat of polish on my nails that the male who did my nails prior didn’t put on.Within the next 3 days 3 more of the gel nails fell off. Like another review, 4 of my gel nails fell off within 48 hours. Lady said it was my fault and I should have paid more for pink and white powder set. She fixed the nails but said she had another appointment so she couldn’t put another the extra coat of polish on my nails that the male who did my nails prior didn’t put on.

I asked them to redo all of my nails because the odds are all of them are going to break. They took no responsibility and kept indicating it was my fault, as if this was my first time getting nails in my adult life and I don’t know any better. The male technician who I peg to be the owner also said he doesn’t care if I don’t come back. So I won’t and I don’t recommend anyone else come here either. I come here with my daughter every took weeks and spend over $100. Two of my nails broke in 2 days. I asked them to redo all of my nails because the odds are all of them are going to break. They took no responsibility and kept indicating it was my fault, as if this was my first time getting nails in my adult life and I don’t know any better. The male technician who I peg to be the owner also said he doesn’t care if I don’t come back. So I won’t and I don’t recommend anyone else come here either. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
