The worst salon because Koni made my hair fall out and didnt want to give my money back just offered to wash my hair for once a week for 5 wks. I live far away. I can was my own hair. Just give me the products and my money back. She was so nasty to me that I’m never doing business with this company and neither should you. Find someone more respectable.

Had an appointment at 1:30 which was supposed to take 45 minutes. At 3:45 I entered to check on the progress of my daughters hair and it had not yet been touched. My daughter sat alone in a chair for 2 hours…why would you not communicate you were behind schedule and tell us a better time to return. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. My poor 10 year old.

VERY unfriendly staff (owner “warms up” eventually). Double booking w in shop & online appts resulting in several hour wait & rushed service. Inability to change service of choice (regardless if completion time is LESS than original service of choice). Several month appt wait. Incredibly overpriced & poorly exexuted work. NO instructions available w online booking, from what is/isn’t provided in salon that’s required for appt., to location of available parking upon arrival. EXCESSIVE emails/texts as appt time/date approach, mainly 48hrs – 14min prior to scheduled time. Even considering the lack of salons in this area that specialize in service for this hair type, this location is highly overrated. 1 time customer here! ♀️

very unprofessional. i booked an appointment jan 1st 2022 for feb.25th 2022 at 12pm today feb 17th i get a text of them cancelling on me. i call and the lady i speak to says she will try to find a time then hangs up on me i call back a half hour later she says she’s looking for a time then hangs up on me again. she asks me to come in march 5th because they are all booked up feb 25th. she told me they would come in early hours but that was never offered to me. i will never book with this place again i’d advise everyone to learn to do their own hair. beyond disappointed.
