There are products that can be purchased to help you continue your self care at home until your next visit. Tiah and her staff are professional and welcoming. FREAKING AMAZING!! Tiah has really created an atmosphere conducive for pure relaxation!! My massage today was just what my body, mind & spirit were longing for and a right on time way to kick off my birthday. She really went above & beyond to make it happen. When I got home I slept for 2 hours!! I am still high on the euphoria from today. She has a beautiful spirit & is really knowledgeable. The space was clean and comfortable. I will 110% be returning!!

Due to the pandemic, I’d gotten out of my routine for getting frequent massages. Meeting Tiah is exactly what I needed. I was in pretty bad shape. Tiah was able to really read my body which was extremely important in the feedback she provided and educational tidbits she gave me. The pressure was great from start to finish. She incorporated stretch techniques as an added touch. Highly recommended. Looking forward to becoming a regular.
