I am not one to write negative reviews however this experience prompted me to do so to help inform others. Being new to the area, I was in the market to find a new eyebrow threading place. This was my first and last time visiting this location. The technician was more interested in her phone than performing the service. I walked in and was completely ignored. She told me to sit down and I had to wait for her to get off her phone. She did not sanitize her hands. She did not ask me how I wanted my brows threaded. I have naturally thicker brows that I just wanted a clean up and was left with 2000s style microbrows that completely throws off my facial features. She trimmed the hair of only one eyebrow. On top of that, she didn’t even clean up the hairs that fell out nor offer me a tissue paper to wipe it off. No witch hazel or toner was applied after the treatment. I’m extremely disappointed considering the price ($14 for eyebrow threading) for this low quality of service.

First and last time I come here. The lady left my eyebrows too thin and unshaped. I went from having pretty, thick eyebrows to chola eyebrows. Not to mention unsanitary, she does not sanitize her hands in between patients and handling money and she uses her fingers as a spooly before trimming your eyebrow hairs. Then she doesn’t even offer a little mirror to check your eyebrows once she’s done like EVERY OTHER PLACE. She expects you to use the big mirror quickly because she’s already waiting for you at the register to pay.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The woman doing my eyebrows quickly did the service; not asking how I would like the results to be. I walked away with half my eyebrow thickness taken off. I’m left with thin eyebrows. She rushed to cut them as well, and now they are uneven. I’m disappointment and frustrated. Would not recommend.

Complete rip off reason inflation.. ruined my eyebrows, one thin and one thick, scar on the side of the lips.. she was good before but last few times she’s been unapologetic and always in a hurry to finish her work which ultimately ruins our faces.

The woman who normally does my brows here is great today I think it was the owner (she had longer hair) and I didn’t even get a good look at them leaving but in my car I almost burst out in tears because they were completely uneven and I looked like a clown. I’ve been getting my brows done since I was 11 years old and have never had an experience like this she didn’t tell me to look at them I suppose because of how badly she messed up but I wish I had noticed in store

I went here twice and had very bad experience. She did my upper lips with wax and thread and didn’t bother to clean the area and put some cream even though It was hurting me. There were no other customer but she did my upper lips in hurry and threatening very fast and painful. I felt rude behavior too. Lip hair removal

Uzma ruined my eyebrows. Do not recommend! I asked her not to touch my eyebrow shape and just clean up literally disregarded that and made them SO skinny and uneven/changed my shape. I grew them out for ONE YEAR and now they are ruined!!! Will never return again

I have gone to Uzma’s for four years, and Rose usually does an excellent job with my eyebrows. However, during my last two visits, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with a different aesthetician. The first time, I noticed that I had several cuts below my eyebrow. The shape was not my favorite, but it was passable. During my second visit, I noticed those same cuts. But this time, my eyebrows were way too thin. Also, the top of my right eyebrow was jagged and uneven. I was very disappointed because it will take a long time to grow out and reshape. I stated my complaints, but the aesthetician said that the eyebrow has to be shaped that way. If I visit again, I will definitely ask for Rose to avoid any future mishaps.
