Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNails lasted one day before popping off was told it was my fault I was not careful was charged for them fixing the issue by removal of nails this has been my worst experience getting my nails done in over ten years I have been getting my nails done since I was a child this was beyond unacceptable no nails should be popping in one day while pulling my sweat pants up woman was rough hurting me by snatching to remove nails. Nails lasted one day before popping off was told it was my fault I was not careful was charged for them fixing the issue by removal of nails this has been my worst experience getting my nails done in over ten years I have been getting my nails done since I was a child this was beyond unacceptable no nails should be popping in one day while pulling my sweat pants up woman was rough hurting me by snatching to remove nails. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueReally wish this place would get more love! Today was my second time in ever going here, and it was even better than the first time I went in months ago.Today I had a manicure and a pedicure done and it was lovely. Friendly staff, and the work is on point! I went in to get French on both my hands and feet and the result came out amazing.I saved a digital picture in how I wanted my work to be done and I didn’t get disappointed at all. What more was in how gentle but clean work this lady did on me today. She also checked with me on the work each step to see if I like the progress.The salon itself is very clean, loved the service and work. I would 100% recommend this nail salon and staff. I will definitely be back! I will include some pictures.Ps: I also had my eyebrows waxed today and she made them look great.Really wish this place would get more love! Plus, they take you to a room in the back to do eyebrows but the table was dirty and I think it’s the same place they do bikini waxes. Just go somewhere else, my nails are chipping and it hasn’t even been a week. They charged me for gel but I think they used acrylic instead. Plus, they take you to a room in the back to do eyebrows but the table was dirty and I think it’s the same place they do bikini waxes.
