I highly recommend NOT to go to this location. The service is horrible and vet timely consuming. I made a reservation back in September 24th for my wife and daughter scheduled for October 22nd. The reason i did the reservation so in advance is because I planned a surprise birthday party for both of them. The reservation was scheduled for 3 PM, due to the fact that they told me it would take an hour and a half for what I wanted for them to be completed, in addition I bought a gift card for the dollar amount that they told me that will cover the services I requested.The day of October 22 gets here and I called them to confirm the appointment instead of them calling me like most places. And the lady who answered the phone informs me that it will be better if they get there at 2:30. My wife gets there on time, only to find out that they did not have room for her. This is extremely unprofessional since I planned her arrival to the surprise birthday party accordingly to the salon. They ended up assisting her but not after finishing with their current clients. Instead of leaving the salon at 4:30 like it was planned she didn’t leave till 6:30. To top it off the specialist at the time of paying informed my wife she missed did the calculations and she still owed three dollars. This is a pathetic service from this location!

Never Again!! I paid for a full set that I did not want or like. The nail tech did not speak any English at all and I asked for a simple French manicure and she did not understand me and the nails started popping off before the first week! So disappointed SMH..

I made an appointment online through Groupon for a basic manicure/pedicure, as the site suggested. I checked if I had to call for an appointment on the site and there was nothing stating to do so. I arrived ten minutes early with only one other customer there. There were at least two people working and they said I had to call to make an appointment. I showed them that I checked if I had to and it only stated to book online. Which I did. The next appointment was not for another half an hour. They did not want to help me.

I rarely get my nails done but I’ll definitely be coming back here. Anna did my gel nails and she was so detailed and kept asking if they looked okay throughout the whole thing.
