I literally had no color on my toes. Came in to get gel polish on my toes. Nothing more. No pedicure, she didn’t clean up toes at all, nothing. Strictly clipped and painted my toes a gel color and I was in and out of her chair within 10 minutes… I was charged $30. For her to paint my toes with gel color… I’ve literally gotten pedicures for cheaper. I’ve literally gotten the same exact service before at the same spot and was charged cheaper … Absolutely absurd.. they totally ripped me off. I do not recommend

I really enjoyed my hand & foot massage! My nails look fine. My only complaint is that you have to pick from the colors on a walk so be prepared with your color beforehand so you can match it. My pedicure has barely any cuticles removed and the paint job is messy. $80 for gel pedicure and refill of acrylic nails.$7 tip per nail tech.$94 later and meh! Also no one does designs. They do a lovely job at shaping my eyebrows. The girls are always very nice, and it’s an affordable service where I’m getting more than what I’m bargaining for with the price being under $20 for an eyebrow was, unlike some other local places. Wax is clean, at least they use multiple little stick things when they’re working on me, they always do a new paper sheet on the table, and they have a nice after-care so my face isn’t sticky, but it’s also not oily somehow. I think it might be coconut oil. I’m a happy camper as long as it isn’t vaseline. That just gets everywhere and make any experience not as nice

Critical: QualityAlthough Tina was nice, my nails are not! 4 out 10 of my nails are coffin shaped, the thumb nails look like someone flatten them with a hammer. All other nails are uneven. I didn’t get the simple designs I asked for because she doesn’t do designs! And when you call to address the issue; the young guy at the front desk said “oh well” then hung up! If a nail tech isn’t experience with creating certain shapes; and designs that should told to the customer in the beginning! Although Tina was nice, my nails are not! 4 out 10 of my nails are coffin shaped, the thumb nails look like someone flatten them with a hammer. All other nails are uneven. Initially i’ve been going here for about a year. Recently within the last 6months i noticed a a steady fluctuation in prices. Everytime I came in to get my regular gel pedicure and refill the price would change although i would get the same thing everytime. It’s seems like they’ve been trying to rip people off. stopped going since i noticed that.

I decided to go here for the first time in a couple years and I was VERY disappointed. I usually do my gel nails myself but decided to treat myself this time, never again. The woman who did my nails TOLD ME when I told her how I wanted my natural nails shaped “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. She kept making them shorter after I specifically asked her to not make them any shorter. The polish is extremely uneven and bumpy. I used to love this place but now I’m never going back.
