Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was my first time here and requested eyebrow threading. The lady was very rude and made a negative comment on my skin right as i walked in. I politely requested a eyebrow clean up and to not shape them. Once she was finished, she did not even offer a tissue or lotion to clean up my face. Once i saw my eyebrows, i was in disbelief. She took off more than half my eyebrow! Never in my life had i had them thin. She commented and said “ oh thats not too thin”. I told her i requested a clean up and not to thin them out. I received the complete opposite service I expected. Never returning here due to rude service and not listening to a customers request. It was my first time here and requested eyebrow threading. The lady was very rude and made a negative comment on my skin right as i walked in. I politely requested a eyebrow clean up and to not shape them. Once she was finished, she did not even offer a tissue or lotion to clean up my face. Once i saw my eyebrows, i was in disbelief. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI saw another review mentioned this place made rude remarks about their skin, so I thought I should share my experience as well. I have been a customer at this place for almost 5 years now, and the treatment I received the other day was unbelievable. I walked in, and Soniya was working with another client and keep in mind I have eczema and she knows this too since I’ve been going there for half a decade now. She came up to me and asked if what I had on my face was contagious, which is fine because she just wants to make sure all protocols are met. However, as a client who has been going there for 5 years she should know that my skin condition (eczema) is not contagious, and when I told her it’s not. She proceeded to say “When I went home after doing your eyebrows I had a horrible rash on my hand”. I was shocked, and told her it wasn’t me because anyone who knows about autoimmune diseases, and eczema knows it’s not contagious. She continued to argue with me and refused to offer me services. She said she can only wax my brows and not thread them. She was still afraid after I told her it’s not contagious, and she made another lady do my brows. If eczema was truly contagious she would’ve caught a rash from the first day I stepped into her salon. Maybe she should consider it being from her tools that they don’t sanitize after each client! Very nasty! I broke down in the store, because of how horribly I was treated, and other customers were making faces and looking at me as if I had an infectious disease, because Soniya said she got a rash from me. My disease is something that’s very personal to me, since I’ve been suffering with it for so long and as a customer who has been going there for a very long time I’m proud to say I will not be returning! I have been a customer at this place for almost 5 years now, and the treatment I received the other day was unbelievable.
