I was very excited about getting a massage and facial together. The individual who scheduled my appointment booked me for a facial at 9 followed by massage. I show up to my appt and the door is locked. Hours are from 10am – 9pm. So extremely disappointed. A call back to correct would have been nice or show up if scheduling before regular hours!!!
