My experience with my stylist Jenifer has been the best experience I’ve had with a hair stylist in almost 4 years. From my first appointment I have been treated so professional by the front desk who are very friendly and by Jennifer. She is very talented as a hairstylist and extremely thoughtful and caring. I am completely satisfied with the excellent quality of treatment I have received. I wanted to grow out my gray hair without the awkward period and Jennifer has been fantastic with adding highlights to my hair. It has been a great decision to go this route and it looks fantastic. She’s really good at explaining the procedure and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her for hair coloring and the best haircut I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this hair salon if your looking for excellent hair care.

I came to Utopia and had quite a mess from my extensions from a previous salon. I have lived in Vancouver for 2.5 years and have been to several salons for extension maintenance and coloring with unsatisfactory results. Today, I saw Jenifer and she immediately knew what to do. She did an amazing job with my highlights, extensions and cutting/ blending of my hair. Jenifer has a wealth of experience and is wonderful and up to date with the latest techniques. She is informative and provided so much invaluable knowledge. I finally found a hair stylist that I can trust and feel comfortable with! In addition to her mad hair skills, she is a sweet, thoughtful and reassuring person. I really enjoyed the beautiful salon and meeting some of the other wonderful and helpful staff, including Olga and Katie. I went in to the salon feeling anxious and came out completely satisfied. Thank you so very much!! I finally found a perfect home for my hair!

I was so happy with my service! Olga was my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful. Not only her knowledge in color blending to get exactly what I wanted, but her personality is hands down 5 stars. I always appreciate people who care so much about the quality in their work. My hair looks and feels amazing. I will definitely make this my home salon.

The stylist hid in the back when I told her this was not what I asked for. A customer to my left told me that I was ruining her experience! The manager came over and heard me speaking to the woman… I was asked to leave and completely disrespected like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. They made accusations that were not facts…I believe is was to cover their complete disregard for customer service. How do I go about getting the tapes to show they are lying and do not care about the truth or their customers!? I’m so heartbroken, It’s not really about the hair, I’ll shave it off at this point! What else can I do!!! It’s about how they handled everything after. Nobody cares about Customer Service anymore. Undeliverable.

I am so happy I found Olga! I was so nervous going in as I do not allow anyone to touch my hair, but as my wedding is coming up I decided I needed a change. Olga was so attentive to my requests, she communicated everything she was going to do as she did it to make sure I was comfortable. She did not rush through my appointment, she took her time to make sure it was perfect. I could not be happier with my hair! The coloring she did turned out beautiful. The layers she put in are perfect. I walked out of that solon with my head held high and I will absolutely be going back. When I pulled up to my house my fiance was also very impressed with my hair. Thank you Olga for spending so much time with me to make sure it was perfect!

Jen took me from ultra long natural hair to a fantasy color undercut bob today. The cut turned out great, the colors are flashy and vibrant and I had a great time hanging out in the salon for 4 hours. I highly recommend working with these folks for you next cut and color.
