I’m so happy I found this salon! I saw Kiana for a cut and color and have never felt more listened to and cared for while getting my hair done. She spent over 3 hours with me to make sure we were on the same page with the product for my highlight. I had 6-8″ of rough grow out and she was so patient with making sure I was well-saturated and covered. Could not be happier with the results and the experience. I highly recommend seeing Kiana at Utopia!

Unpleasant experience with Kiana at this salon last week. I showed up on time for my appointment and an hour later I left without getting my haircut. I felt like she could not care less about helping me. Poor customer service and communication skills, small and drab salon, do not recommend.
