Absolutely disgusting service… if I could’ve this business no star I would. I’ve been a customer here since they opened three years ago. My last visit was the most abismal experience I’ve had and the previous two were incredibly frustrating. It’s incredibly disappointing that Andrea (the owner) who was helping me did not show any kind of empathy and even blamed me and my products for my pedicure being messed up. The level of customer focus demonstrated was that of a McDonalds drive thru. It’s terrible when you blame the customer instead of addressing the issue with kindness and patience.

I think I finally found my forever nail salon. After hopeless searching for a nice salon (not just aesthetically) but with great nail techs and kind people. I finally found one. Patricia assisted me, she took her time to do both my feet and hands. Cut the cuticles nicely. Made everything even. Everyone was so sweet and generous in the salon. I believe the owner, Andrea, saw me struggling to type on my phone with the aluminum foil on my nails (soaking off gel) and she grabbed a mini pen that had a rubber tip, made to type on touchscreens. I mean, seriously guys! Go get your nails done here. It’s fairly priced! You won’t regret. This is coming from someone who’s lived in queens all her life and been to a billion nail salons.

After my third consecutive time there, I got nail fungus in my big toe. For 4 years going to several podiatrist, trying to cure it and Dr. Isseroff on Grand Ave. was able to help. Great staff and my nail is finally growing back, attached to my toe. Pedicure

I adore this place! The staff is so professional and kind. From beginning to end a wonderful experience. I was hesitant to go during this time, but their cleanliness and attention to strict guidelines from staggering appointments to accommodate capacity for social distancing to making sure all surfaces and utensils are properly cleaned and organized made me feel comfortable and safe. On top of getting a great manicure/pedicure, I couldn’t be more happy! I highly recommend! 10/10

I am so pleasure to find this place. I have been living in Maspeth area about 6 years. I tried to do almost every nail salons on Grand ave., but I didn’t find good place for me. Jesus, I had a lot of bad experiences in my neighborhood specially Chinese place. I am a Asian and not a racism person, but some place was really really disappointed. So, I’m usually going to Manhattan for getting my nails and toes.

Since I’ve found this place I haven’t gone anywhere else. The salon is beautiful, very clean, and friendly atmosphere. I love the ease of the online appointment system, and I’ve never had to wait when arriving for an appointment. I only do Gel and it always lasts a long time, no peeling. I am overall very pleased with my experience at this salon.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here for the first time yesterday after spending a lot of time researching a nail salon that not only will provide top-notch service but also was exceptionally clean. This salon definitely checks both boxes! I got a gel mani removal, regular pedi and regular mani all done by Johana G who was absolutely amazing, super professional, and friendly! She was truly a perfectionist about everything but especially about applying the polish. I’ve already been asked if I got a gel or acrylic mani done because the lines were so precise.The salon is probably the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. Definitely worth the 20-minute commute from my home in Brooklyn. I found parking 2 blocks away in the (super quiet) neighborhood. When I arrived, about 5 mins earlier than my appt I was politely asked to wait outside until they were ready and they allowed me to use the restroom beforehand. Even the bathroom was impressively clean! There is plexiglass in every space where you may be near another person including in between the pedicure chairs, in between the nail drying stations and of course in front of the nail tech for both manis and pedis. All nail techs also had masks and face shields on. I was highly impressed to see everyone constantly cleaning their stations after every use. These details matter so much to me during the pandemic, and if they do to you too, I promise you won’t be disappointed.One thing I will note that I agree with previous reviews, these ladies are not intricate nail artists. This is not a space I would go to expecting detailed design. I purposefully came with a simple 2 nail on each hand-design already prepared so that I can avoid testing out their limits. That being said, I saw today that they are now using sticker designs which is a decent workaround although obviously limited to the stickers that they have.Lastly, I cannot stress how much I appreciate their use of tech.
