Anne did my nails and I was in and out within 45 minutes. It was a fast process but it didn’t feel rushed. She was really efficient at filing and dipping! It was clear she had perfected the dip manicure. One of the more friendly spas too. The manger, Anne plus Jason all spoke to me and made me feel welcomed. $45 for a dip manicure on natural nails.

Nail work by Jason is not good. I ask for flames and since he couldn’t do it he did a flower. I was getting a fill but wanted to change the color to black, I had different colors of acrylic he filled with clear and used gel polish. Clean up was bad the gel wasn’t dry between coat so it was leaking out uncured. I got home and the gel come right off. I took my nails completely off and went back 3 weeks later thinking he would do better. I go in and show a picture of what I want. Half way in the nails don’t match in size and wanted to take it off and redo. I said no. The glitter he drilled off and was uneven. He’s sloppy with the acrylic. It dripped down under my Nail and dried on my skin. He’s not experienced enough and was a waste of 70 bucks for a ombre of white and pink. I will never go there again for the price they ask and the sloppy work.

I have been going to utopia for about 6 months now. I have never had a problem, Kate is a star, I give her quite a few challenges and she lives up to them every time, I love my nails… Jason and the rest of the staff is just as helpful and very accommodating.

I have been coming here for years! All of the ladies here are wonderful and do a great job. Even when they are busy they try to fit me in as soon as possible, even if I have to sit with my feet in the spa, which is so fine by me! They always hand me the brochure with prices and what each one includes. The atmosphere is ale says inviting and I always recommend them to family and friends. And they are never disappointed!

Diane, was great!!! By far the pedicure I ever received. The leg and foot massage was my favorite part! She has magical hands. Their massage chairs are great also! Most nail salons you could barely feel it or it’s too rough. The massage chairs at Utopia are perfect I almost fell asleep and didn’t want to go back to work afterwards I was so relaxed. But when I did go back to work everyone noticed my mood change was good with high energy. I highly recommend Utopia and I will be back to see Diane. Thank you so much for the pedicure and was well needed.

Love getting my pedicure here. I’ve been coming for years. The staff is friendly and eager to please. I’ve always had polite, friendly service, and any issues that I’ve had have been addressed quickly and curiously by the people working there.
