I give it 4 stars. Because of 2 reasons…1) I was supposed to get my eyebrows and lip waxed and I forgot. They should have reminded me or done that service first. Now I don’t know when I can get in to get it done. Disappointed. 2) I scheduled to have me and my sister to get it done and they didn’t have us sitting together. When we get our nails done together, the whole reason is for us to catch up and spend time together not be seated so far apart from each other. However, they did a pretty good job on my nail art.

I had Miguel for my pedicure today. It was the worst. He was extremely rough. He didn’t take his time. The polish is all over the skin around my nails and the pinky is chipped already and its been 4 hours. Im very disappointed but even more disappointed that when asked how everything was, I wasn’t given an apology or asked how to make it right. Needless to say, they lost a customer today.

I only get pedicures here and there, but this is the place to go! The room is dark and relaxing at all 3 Utopia locations. I have not found another place like this.

I showed up a little early for my appointment they got started on my pedicure right away. I love the variety of color polishes they have. Utopia is the only salon I get my pedicures from because I love their pedicure room, it is so relaxing! The staff are respectful and incredibly nice. The salon is always clean and I’ve never had a problem with any of my visits.

Gisel is one of the best nail techs I’ve had. Her sets last me so long. She takes her time. If something’s off sue fixes it right then and there.She does not let me leave without my nails looking exactly how I want. She’s always spot on. I’m not a huge design or bling nail girl.
