Critical: CommunicationI’m still wondering when am I going to receive the rest of my treatments. I showed up twice for my appointments and no one was present. I even purchased an additional package of $79. I never went back to Groupon to complain because I really liked the customer service; however, can you consider your customers. I understand things happen but we are all accountable for completing our jobs. I’m still wondering when am I going to receive the rest of my treatments. I showed up twice for my appointments and no one was present. I even purchased an additional package of $79. I never went back to Groupon to complain because I really liked the customer service; however, can you consider your customers. I understand things happen but we are all accountable for completing our jobs. It would be nice if you reach out to your customers who believed in your business.

Alysia is such a sweetheart! I went in today for a service and she was absolutely amazing, comforting and just overall so personable and sweet! Utopia is so cute and inviting. I loved the place. Not only is the owner / co-owner gorgeous, she will go out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable and she really talks to you. I came in, no makeup and looking like I have been living on the streets after hours upon hours of studying and never felt one instance of anxiety or embarrassment. This is not an in/out and you are done – I love the friendliness and professionalism that not only she displays, you can tell this is what she loves to do. I will be a continuous repeat customer for years to come <3

Clean & Elegant establishment. The staff were very welcoming and they make you feel very comfortable about the choices you make and guide you if you’re not really sure about what to decide on. They even did follow up calls to ensure I was eating right! Relaxing atmosphere during your experience with great entertainment during the process. Toward the end of October I scheduled an appointment for a V-Steam. Today when I showed up, no one was there. I knocked on the door several times, waited in the lobby and even went back to knock again just in case someone was running late, but that wouldn’t make sense, since my appointment was for 11:30 and they’re supposed to be open at 9. I received email reminders leading up to my appointment but not one call, text, or email as to why no one was there today. 30 minute drive plus a 20 minute wait for nothing.
