I love their new location! I had an appointment with Dr. Wilkerson at 3:30pm. I checked in about 15 minute early in case I needed to fill out paperwork which I didn’t have too! I was really impressed that the nurse came out at exactly 3:30pm to call me back!!! Dr. Wilkerson and his assistant came in and saw me not long after. He froze a couple of spots on my hand and I was out right before 4:00pm!!! Great visit!

I’m giving a review based on three visits a total of three stars because Dr. Ross herself is great but one of her nurses is a total Nurse Ratchet and I will not be returning to this office.

The doctor does not listen to the patient. The PA is the one who checks the patient primarily, which I was not happy with. The doctor does not care to listen to the patient properly or give them time to talk openly. If you miss a follow up appointment, they give you the next date for after two months. I am a nursing student. I had to be at a clinical orientation unexpectedly. My appointment time was at 9:45 and I got there at 11:45. But they were not willing to see me. They told me that they would give me another appointment, but even after a week they never called me. And my condition was getting worse without treatment. Just horrible. Very dissatisfied. If I could give zero stars I would, but it is not an option here.

I went in for a regular checkup for my vitiligo and a normal skin check and I had a couple places that they froze off… A later got a bill for $140 for something that $10 worth Compound W could have taken care of. Other than that unexpected and extremely high bill, because I’d already paid my deductible, everything else was fine. They should be required to discuss fees for normal procedures like that. That’s crazy

Dr. CHRISTI WARGO. That was the worst experience I have ever had with any UTMB doctor ever. You may have spent 2 minutes in the room with my Daughter and I. You spoke so fast that I couldn’t possibly understand your instructions. Your hand written instruction was so sloppy that the pharmacists couldn’t even understand what you wrote. Your excuse for not being able to print my prescription was lame. You clearly were in a hurry for some reason. There were hardly any patients in the waiting room. So what is your excuse? I have already filed complaints with the patient advocates and will be calling UTMB president Dr. Ben Raimer’s office. I can guarantee you will never see any of my family ever again.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my money here. It’s been 4 months since starting with UTMB to find out what is wrong with my skin. They did a biopsy only to tell me I have irritated skin. They gave me medication that made my condition 3x worse that when we started. They ASK me to come back in only to charge me more money. I literally asked the nurse a question to which she responded “you have to pay 55$ for that information.” I received a bill before I had the stitches out of my leg or the text results from my biopsy. The bill I received was 178$ for my FULLY COVERED annual blood work because they sent it to my insurance with the wrong code and still haven’t fixed it. Trying to talk to a dr is a joke!!!!!! I still have no idea what is wrong with me. They do not care about you, they only care about your money.

I would not recommend a dog to go to the League City clinic. I scheduled an appointment for a rash. When scheduling, the representative never told me that my doctor would be a student. I went to the appointment and realize this person was very young and did not appear to be tenured or knowledgeable about my rash issues. She informed to use foot cream on my breast. After my appointment, I contacted the office and they confirmed that she was a resident. I then requested a refund and the rep told me since the head doctor signed off on the residents recommendations that they could not give me a refund. But the head doctor never examined me or saw me but he approved the residents recommendation. After calling back to the office and requesting a more tenured staff but did I ever get one. They scheduled me with a 70 something year old doctor whom appeared to be very disoriented and needed to retire. I had to wait over 30 minutes, just for her to briefly looked over my breast and to tell me to get some powder at Walmart. I wasted over $100 in co-pays. The doctors are sorry and the office staff are rude. Too many students working here and too many elderly doctors. Please turn the other way.
