My one year old daughter was a patient at this location and we had an issue every appointment. Not once in a handful of visits were our prescriptions sent in correctly, which resulted in on average an hour wait time on hold to talk to someone to fix things. We’ve completed our care there months ago and are still receiving two bills that are incorrectly charged. Same problem, wait on hold over an hour, someone apologizes says they will fix it, nothing is taken care of and a month later we receive another bill. Last contact with them someone was to call me back to finally get this sorted and instead of ever getting feedback we’ve received a bill from collections. The doctor herself seemed fine, but I’d avoid any care at UT Dermatology – i’m sure almost any other option would be better, don’t waste your time and energy!

Dr. Mays was helpful and informative. I’m glad I decided to take my teenage son to see him. For some reason my son heard what the doctor told him even though I’ve been telling him the same thing for over a year. He was kind and patient with my hard headed teenager and I really appreciate it.

Dr Jahan Tight is fabulous and very dedicated. He knows medicine and thinks outside of the box. I have seen about ten dermatologist for the same condition with little or no resolution. You can see Dr Jahan Tight concern for the patient and treats you as a human being. I give him five stars and more. As far as the office staff and communication with the staff, I have not been very satisfied. There have been a number of issues that I will not elaborate here. Great physician Dr Jahan Tigh.

This provider quickly saw me after reading my visit notes he stated I refused some services, not true they where not offered. and visit was very quick. I will follow up with him since he prescribed medicine for my nails!!! The quick visit was a plus I didn’t have to seat for an hour or more.

Dr. Jihan-Tigh is a dedicated, intelligent doctor that shows interest in his patients beyond anything I have seen. His willingness to explore all treatment options, including those “outside of the box” has given us results that we have not obtained previously with four other dermatologists. I thank God for him.

I love Dr Silipunt. She was able to treat a very painful, rare disease I was finally diagnosed with after seeing many other doctors. She is very sympathetic, thorough, and gives you her full time and attention. She is treating my vein disease and always explains what she is doing and why.I have 100% confidence in her. Her office also seems to run very smoothly.
