I’ve been going to this salon for 6 years and have been recently ignored my the manager Megan when trying to book my regular services. When patronizing this business, I’ve always been professional, kind, and patient during my visits. I’ve always communicated ahead of time when I couldn’t make an appointment or if I needed to reschedule. I even drove +30 mins to return once I relocated last year out of habit. Megan who runs scheduling via text was nasty and rude to me—all due to another beauty appointment running over, making me late 20 mins for my pedi. I was told to “hurry up” and “get there” even after telling her I was on my way. I even offered to wait or reschedule. Megan became sassy and told me “she’s no longer available” and that I could be a “walk in” moving forward after one late occurrence. Extremely petty after 6 years of being a client! I’ve brought so many friends, co workers and family members to this establish based on my love for Mindy and Ann’s work. Mindy has always been kind soft spoken and understanding. Her work is great, she’s helped grow my nails, and she’s the only tech I trust with them. I’ve sat in everybody’s seat and I can reassure you Mindy could work anywhere with her skills. The manager is unprofessional and rude and purposely cast loyal clients away, personally I think it’s due to jealously.

I went in for a fill, gel polish, and a design. Vinny was my technician and he was fantastic. Very detail oriented, checked in with me several times, and it didn’t feel rushed at all. The owner is rude and so is the rest of her staff. I only go there because it’s the only nail salon in mayfield heights. But honestly thinking about going to nail salon in Lyndhurst. The problem with USA nails is… the staff need a personality and stop rushing people to pick out a color. I hate looking at the stupid nail book instead of the bottles on the shelf. And if I make my appointment for 11am don’t text or call me to tell me to come in now. If you want customers to tip… develop some social skills.

Went in for a Fill ins with nail design, first off the nail tech didn’t even ask what I wanted as far as design for the length of the nails, on top of them rushing me to get to my appointment with is at 11:45 but they kept on texting and rushing me to be there an hour early. When the service was done I could cry bc I hated the nails so much, horrible shape, design and service. So, I drove down the street and got the reshape and redesign. Wasted money and time!.

I came in early on Saturday morning, I was serviced right away, however it got busy quickly so they started a waiting list and they made it convenient to call you once they were ready to service you. That helps so you’re not just sitting around waiting for hours. My pedicure was nice and affordable, I also tried the dipped gel polish which turned out amazing. It was much quicker than acrylic and it dries instantly so I could leave right away! Clean and friendly customer service!

Yes they are Great at doing nails however, I only gave four stars because they have horrible people skills. They barely talk to you that’s the only thing I don’t like about it, that’s one of my favorite things about getting my nails done is getting to chat with a new person!! So more than likely that’s a me problem, not a them problem LOL. Other than that, it’s a pretty amazing place to go! It’s very rare according to the hundreds of salons I’ve been to my whole life but, they can actually do just about anything you ask them to,and fortunately if you bring a picture it’s pretty much exactly the same, I actually just broke my thumbnail two whole days after getting my most recent fill from them. It was my fault, it was not because they did my nails bad it was actually because I accidentally slammed it in a door and they only charged me $5 which included her just giving me a new gel top coat on all of them not just fixing it as well as they made sure they were able to get me in ASAP even though they were pretty booked up just to make me happy. The last salon I went to that was actually their fault they got messed up they didn’t shape them right and they lifted one day later, at that salon they actually yelled at me when I told them they broke like it was my fault, instead of offering to fix it they just told me they were booked. So I would definitely recommend this USA Nails in Golden gate plaza over any other Salons.
