I got my gelx nails soaked off. This is a service this salon does not offer so I was pretty understanding and willing to explain the process. The lady who did my service was insisting I had dip powder on my nails and was really passive aggressive about my request to properly remove my nails. Another client came in to show her some polish that had peeled off after a few days and she dismissed her saying her nails had grown out. She also used the brush they use to clean off our hand to clean off her table and got an attitude when I asked her not to use it on me. ALL of her tools where not sanitized and had nail dust from other clients on them. As a licensed cosmetologist it was pretty disturbing to look around and see all the health code violations.

I try to give this woman the benefit of the doubt and have patronized her multiple times. She doesn’t have any manners and have forgotten who feeds her. Treat your customers with respect. If you don’t know how to be respectful, you should take a course on cultural appropriation. You would have more people in your shop. I’m not spending any money with people who are blatantly rude

I asked if she could do my lashes and she shook her head no even though that sign said they did. I brought that to her attention and she said well not today. Just nasty!!! I just received Nail services from Vicky this morning and I’m highly satisfied with the outcome. She went above and beyond and made my nails feel like royalty. The quality of care I was given today would’ve costed me a fortune and I paid half of that. This is by far the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. She didn’t even clean under my nails or push my cuticles back in order to clean them. When I asked about it she told me the instrument will damage my skin and I should use a q-tip to clean them when I get home. The sides of my nails got no polish at all. No lotion or massage – nothing. I was very dissatisfied and felt like I wasted my money!

Had to come back and revise my review. I come here bc its usually not very busy but I now realize why. Seeing the owner in action. She’s very rude and short with everyone until you call her out. But that shouldn’t have to happen. I’ve shrugged it off in past times bc it wasn’t directed at me so I didn’t catch the entire exchange. This time was the final straw when she snapped at my kid! My daughter showed her a pic and she got to work. But she didn’t like the final results and asked her to change some things.. this lady snapped and told her no body can duplicate a picture bc they enlarge them to make them look better… WHAT??!! And then her daughter said they can only get the actual 70-80% accurate. Then she should’ve said that in the beginning, but don’t snap on me when it doesn’t look the same. I can deal with alot but if I don’t give you attitude, then don’t give me none. I get that she’s probably tired cause she’s usually in there running the shop by herself.. 1 person can’t do 16 people at once. A lady came in behind and fell asleep in the chair… she did 3 other people and left her sleeping!!! If you go here, pick out your color, sit down, put on your headphones and prepare to wait until she feels you’re worthy.

I called the day before to get an appointment and asked how much it would be and what times were available. I was repeatedly asked what time but wanted to know the times available. I asked if 12:30 would work, which is a Sunday, and got the appointment booked. They open at 12 on Sunday so it worked for me. When I got there at 12:10, which I know is early, the doors were locked and no one was there. I waited and someone did show up to unlock and open the store at 12:20. I gave them a few minutes and went in at 12:25. Once I came in I was greeted and asked what I would like done. Sat down and she asked me what color and began working. I was happy with the ladies and my nails. The last place I went was very busy and my nails were coming off within the week of me getting them done. I would go back and recommend this place. It was not busy at all when I was there which was nice. The lady I had took her time and was very skilled with the acrylic powder that she used. I will be posting more after having the nails for a while.

I wanted to get a fill in for my nails so I called this place and then I told the lady what I wanted she said how far are you ? and I told her I was at scenic and Oak Road, so she hung up so I drove to the place and she tells me can you wait ? and I said hi and then she said it would be a two hour wait and she only had two customers in there! I could not understand this at all… So then I got back into my car and I called her to make sure I heard right and I asked her do you remember I called you and I told you I was close by and she said I have customers! So I told her so you really want me to come back in two hours and she hung up on me !
