My daughter took me here as a special thank you. We had a very enjoyable experience even with a 5th month old. They were extremely accommodating and patient with us. We both walked out extremely happy!!! The young gentleman who attended to her was Bough andI I had a young Lady named Elaine. They both did a wonderful job . Wore masks for safety. Made us feel comfortable the entire visit. Talked to us not other employees. I most definately would go back again. BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN THIS AREA. The salon was clean ,beautiful atomposhere ,every employee was kind. Besides the excellent n extremely enjoyable experience …I LOVED that they hand you a menu for the pedicure so you know exactly what you are paying for and can choose the experience you would like. I have been in the best and been charged $50.00 literally just to have my feet soaked 4 approximately 5 mins n toes painted. I would absolutely go back to USA nails!! Great experience over all! I’d give them a 10 if I could 🙂

This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have been going to this business for years. I went here for a pedicure and gel manicure and in 3 days my nail and toe nail chipped. I go to the shop to get my nails fixed they tell me because I got regular nail polish it’s not a guarantee and I’m not understanding, so Rose gets frustrated because I’m not understanding due to the language barrier. So she says a manager will talk to you, the manager comes over and tells me it’s been too long and then walks away. After me saying that’s rude we’re not done talking why are you walking away. Rose comes back and says fine I will do it. Like I messed up my nails on purpose. Please go somewhere else the professionalism and work of the nail techs hasn’t been the same in years

I’m so bothered to give this review as I have been going to this establishment since it opened. …whe Pavillion was originally built. I recently moved back to Fayetteville and the service is low rating. I’ve been back 3xs trying to give them a chance. But to spend up to $120 for poor results is insulting. That’s not including tip as i tip WELL. Nails are not consistent. I usually have to doctor them up at home. Pedicures are rushed and half done. They spend more value on the chairs than the quality of the pedicure experience. I would rather sit in a beat up chair with the relaxation and quality pedicure . The only valued pedicure is done by Joseph (I think that’s his name) BEST pedicure ever and worth the money . For most part, they do not care about quality. I thought it was just me until i read recent reviews. Also I do not see any replies to the complaints so it seems this business does not care. I will be trying the new salon Omega Nails in the Pavillion. I hope they are not affiliated

I’ve heard about this place and I’m so glad we finally gave it a try. The whole experience was great. You have to wash your hands when you come in and keep your mask on. The staff is very professional and experienced. Definitely coming back
