Critical: Quality, ValueThis was the first time I was trying this place out and honestly NEVER GOING BACK. Look at how horrible the painting of my toes are. The nail tech was so rough and I kept moving my foot so she would know it was hurting and she did not seem to care and kept going. This was the first time I was trying this place out and honestly NEVER GOING BACK. Look at how horrible the painting of my toes are. The nail tech was so rough and I kept moving my foot so she would know it was hurting and she did not seem to care and kept going. I paid $55 for this… I have never been so disappointed with my pedicure. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

First Lady didn’t trim my nails before she started, than had to rip off my tips which was painful, told her to take them off that I’m leaving, but another lady offered to take over only to finish them with a break in one of my tips (which she painted over) than I get outside to the sun and they look dirty underneath!!! They made me pay full price when I could of had a 5 year old do them for cheaper!!Thought I would try this place AND WILL NEVER RETURN!! First Lady didn’t trim my nails before she started, than had to rip off my tips which was painful, told her to take them off that I’m leaving, but another lady offered to take over only to finish them with a break in one of my tips (which she painted over) than I get outside to the sun and they look dirty underneath!!! Positive: QualityAlana is who I see every time I come in! She is always friendly, professional, and she always doubles and triple checks my nails and toes before I leave! Most of all I love that she never tries to up sale me! She does the service I ask for and does them well! She remembers things I tell her! Definitely makes me feel like I am more then a dollar sign walking in!My kids get pedicures here as well and they treat them with respect and dignity as well! Most of all I love that she never tries to up sale me! She does the service I ask for and does them well! She remembers things I tell her! This was my first time here and I had an acrylic set that I wanted off and redone. The lady who did mine ripped my old set of with a nail tip which HURT! This place does not sanitize their tools either. They reused emery boards and drill files. By the time my grandmother and I were done, our cuticles were bleeding and my grandmother had cuts underneath where her nail grows. They also kept calling people to reschedule when a new person came into the salon. AWFUL AWFUL PLACE!!!!!!!!Service: Acrylic nailsDO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. I got my nails done here with my grandma a few weeks ago and this place is horrible! This was my first time here and I had an acrylic set that I wanted off and redone.
