Amazing service! 1st appointment, I was so impressed! They are very professional, clean, efficient, and fun! Serviced by Brenda & Brian, Brenda did my pedicure and Brian did my ombré full set, they both did phenomenal, I was nervous because I was going into a new salon and doing something out of my norm with style, but I have no hesitation in making this my permanent salon. I’ve been coming here for a few months and usually it’s a good experience, but my last visit wasn’t so great. They were a bit busy at the time, but that was no issue. I usually come each month for a pedicure, but the pedicure I got recently wasn’t good. Felt rushed, the nail technician didn’t put any in effort, toenails were cut unevenly, I still had dirt in the corner of my nails when I left and etc. The other customers getting pedicures weren’t getting rushed and their technicians were doing a good job/taking their time. Hopefully my next visit will be better, like how it is usually.

Took me in last minute, called and told me come in 15 minutes for a mani- felt not too weird walking into a new place which is always a hit & miss for nail salons. Was greeted right away and he remembered that I called, directed me to what to do and where to go which is always nice I don’t like going to new places and feeling out of sorts!!

not sure how to really start. i walked in with my friend at about 5:15ish and we called ahead of time for a full set and pedicures. the ladies that did our pedicures were amazing. i asked for a simple french tip for my nails and sunny was the person who did them. he seemed to be nice at first but then when he started my nails it seemed like he was rushing. he first started out by just drilling my nails which hurt SO bad. usually they start by pushing your cuticles back but no he just went straight for the drill which i’m pretty sure took some of my nail bed off. then after that he took this liquid from this teal nail polish container and once he put that on it burned like hell! i have never felt that much pain ever. my figures were literally tingling for minutes and it hurt so bad. i showed him a picture of what i wanted and it didn’t come out anything like i wanted it to. there were so many air bubbles in them. the total came out to 70 and i tipped them 10. really don’t deserve a tip. don’t go here.

I have been going to usa nails for over a year to get my lashes filled. I absolutely love my tech who does the eyelashes BUT the owner is horrendous!! The absolute rudest person let alone owner that I’ve ever dealt with!!!! The one star is for my tech only otherwise there would be no stars!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

Came in for a full set acrylic nails and Son did a fantastic job! Just moved to this area and wanted to find a place I can go to relax and destress after work, and I had a very good first experience, friendly customer service and I left with a smile on my face!
