I visited here twice so far! I’m not sure if I would go back! I’m new to the area so customer service is a big deal to me! That drives business! The last time I went there I was seated and I greeted the gentleman who was going to do my nails at least 3-4x and he blatantly ignored me! When I told him what I wanted and asked if he understood me, he mocked me and came off very condescending! I guess he had an issue because he said a few words in Vietnamese to another man who ended up doing my nails instead. I asked the other gentleman was everything ok, he said yes why! I then told him I greeted his colleague at least 3-4x and he ignored me until I asked him if he understood my direction pertaining to my nails. Customers and tips drive business! I’m not sure what this guy issue was but it rubbed me the wrong way. I will be looking for a new place to do my nails next time. Obviously my money isn’t welcomed in this establishment!! Stay away!

I have been going here for the last two months. I usually have Tina for my pedicure. She is the best . Today I was told she is on vacation, so a guy did my pedicure. What a disappointing experience. I asked for the same service I have been getting for two months ( same polish and all)…and this guy totally botched it! I left very upset, with unpolished toes…but lesson learned. I won’t be returning.

I want last night everyone was super sweet but my nails were nothing i wanted they also cut them to short and they had forgotten about the pattern i wanted i had to remind them the nails are just nothing i wanted i went back the next day and they were so understanding and they re did my nails and the look so much better i was definitely happy with the new results
