I understand that I may not be able to promptly receive service on a Saturday, especially without an appointment. After arriving today, I was quickly placed in a pedicure seat with water, cool. But so were about 6 or 7 other people. I didn’t realize I would be waiting for 3 and half hours to get my pedicure. Never once was I given an estimate on a wait, no apologies for the long wait and I had to ask for my water to be warmed up twice. I arrived at 10:30am and didn’t leave until 1:40pm. I only came because my sister had a gift certificate and it was her birthday. But this was a horrible experience and we will not be back. I just needed more communication from business.

I would not recommend at all. Took them 45ish minutes to get to us. Then the lady that did my feet didn’t even take off the polish I had one before and painted over it. Yes it was clear but you can definitely tell it’s umdwr there bc it was gel nail polish before. Then it was just poorly painted. My 4 year old could do better than that. And they rushed the whole time.

Their pedicures are pricey but absolutely worth it no matter the gender OMG it’s so amazing with the hot rocks and citrus leg rub and the foot scrub…. If your looking for some amazing alone time this is the place for you no doubt about it !

I just left this nail salon without being serviced because I was told by a nail tech that they were too busy. Now that would be understandable if the establishment were closing within the next 15-30 minutes, however, it was one hour and 15 minutes until their expected closing time. Disappointing! I will not be returning.
