Critical: Professionalism, ValueHi, I have been looking around different nail salons because I want to get acrylics done soon. I have looked at a lot of places because I don’t want to completely destroy my nails. I have looked at the reviews and whenever there is a bad review the employees always respond saying that it wasn’t there fault but it was the customers. I don’t think that is possible for it to be the customers problem when you are doing there nails. I have seen things such as people getting fungus, not being treated respectfully and that they rush peoples nail appointments and make the nails look horrible. So I think it is truly the employees fault and they should take accountability and stop making up excuses. This salon has a 4.6 rating but they should not have that rating until they figure out how to treat there customers right, make there nails look good and care about the health of the customers nails! I think this business will improve if they take priority in what they customers say will help there business rather than making up excuses! Hi, I have been looking around different nail salons because I want to get acrylics done soon. I have looked at a lot of places because I don’t want to completely destroy my nails. I have looked at the reviews and whenever there is a bad review the employees always respond saying that it wasn’t there fault but it was the customers. Critical: QualityWorst full set ever. The nail tech worked fast, which I wouldn’t have a problem with if she did a good job. But my nails look terrible! I asked for short nails and she cut them all the way done to my natural nail length before I could correct her. She used way too much powder so the nails are extremely thick and bulge out from my fingers. To make matters worse none of my nails are the same length or even straight! Worst full set ever. The nail tech worked fast, which I wouldn’t have a problem with if she did a good job. But my nails look terrible! I asked for short nails and she cut them all the way done to my natural nail length before I could correct her. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei love going here. only place i’ll go! i can tell you how much of a good job they do for the price! shaping doesn’t cost anything so that’s one of the biggest pluses. you also get in and out quick, i can get a full set in under 30 minutes! they do beautiful work and i couldn’t recommend a better nail salon.
