This salon should not have 4 stars. The place is run down and dirty with broken equipment. I was there for a pedicure/manicure with my sisters and mom. The pedicure seat was broken which no one told me so when I sat my phone and wallet down on the seat to take my shoes off they went flying into the water. That was clearly their fault and they offered no apology or discount for having broken equipment and not forewarning me. They were also rude. I was sitting under the dryer and another lady came back and said “You Move!” I went to this place based solely on the 4.3 stars and that was clearly mistake! Don’t waste your money!!

The prices are good but, if you book a appointment you will have to wait for walk in customers. If you book for two people you won’t be worked on together, there isn’t really any socialising. When I left I had nail polish on my skin on nearly every finger. They ask you to pay before you are done, so if you’re dissatisfied you’ve already paid. Although it wasn’t horrible it still wasn’t that good.

The customer service was poor. Additionally, one woman used an extremely aggressive drill to remove the dip that I had on my natural nail, and went too deep into my nail creating indents… The woman who shaped and painted my nails rushed through the whole process. The salon also had a generally unsanitary feel to it.

Don’t go here! I went in two weeks ago for a gel overlays and everything was going fine until the nail tech started to bring out the products for my nails. The tech first brought out tools that are meant for preparing nails for acrylic,and then got what they claim is gel powder when it was in fact the acrylic powder. Fair warning gel is exactly what it is a gel, it’s never comes in a powder and it doesn’t need a liquid to activate! To to top it off the nail tech was far to aggressive on my nails, and now my nails are extremely thin and there’s a indent from where the drill was used. Not happy with the results I got from here I went to another salon for a gel fill, and that’s how I was able to find out I got acrylic instead. Once again don’t go here they will rip you off!

Do not go here i made an appointment for 4 people for a wedding group for mani/pedi, we walked in it was not busy. The an older lady was so rought on clipping/filing my nails it hurt and she ripped a piece of skin off on my big toe , plus she did not take the time to scrub my heel which is why you go for a pedi. Then when it came to the nails i asked for squared nails and she simply filed it stright at the top i asked her to go back and round out the corners a little and she didn’t she just went shorter so i took the filer and did it my self. Over all experience horrible! I would never go there again and you shouldn’t either plus they are rude! The older lady asked my group to pay her now before getting our nails done and she waited to collect the money before continuing.

Their work is eh. But customer service wise they’re so rude and just offensive. They’re rude when a customer doesn’t like their work. They’ll totally blame the customers if they made a mistake in the work. I’ve seen them not clean their utensils after a pedicure. Which is absolutely disgusting with all the bacteria coming off people’s feet. If I could give 0 stars I would! Don’t give them your hard earned money please!

Very clean, variety of polish colors, and services! Tina the owner has very good customer service & is accommodating to all customers! If you call for an appointment ahead of time you are guaranteed to be immediately helped upon arrival! Lots of regular returning clients here!

I drove from portage to this salon to get my nails done because I knew they have good service and at a good price. However, it’s stated both on the website and on their door that they are open. When I showed up at 5pm the open sign was on, but no one was inside and the doors were locked I was incredibly disappointed to see that they were careless enough to leave the sign on but weren’t open. I understand it’s later in the evening, but if they state they are open until 7:30, they should be open until 7:30.

Today was the second time that I went here and they told me it would only be a 10 minute wait so I waited. I ended up soaking my feet for an hour and 20 minutes and then had to leave because they were nowhere close to being ready for me and I had another appointment. The quality is pretty good when they finally get to you, but I will not be going back because their service is terrible.
