My husband surprised me with a manicure for my birthday. All I wanted was an overlay with clear top coat. 3 of my natural nails were broke, so they put tips on them. Mary did not bother to try to match the clear tip to my natural nail color, then filed them to a squoval shape when my natural nails were rounded. 5 days later, the overlay is chipping off.. I go back in, he makes the same lady, Mary, fix my nails. My natural nails had turned yellow under the overlay, she tried to put another overlay on top of that until I stopped her because of the discoloration she didn’t correct… well that was a mistake, she filed my nails down to where my nails are now paper thin. It’s hard to tell the shoddy gel manicure I received. After paying over $80 for gel mani/pedi and not given the color choice I requested, I cannot in good conscious recommend this nail salon. It took the nail tech forever to perform the work on my hands and feet. I use my own natural nails which should have been much faster. My friend started having her procedures at the same time and she had acrylic nails applied and was finished 45 minutes before I was finished. The nail tech that worked with me was a very nice older gentleman but just didn’t provide a professional service. I won’t return to this nail clinic.

I go here roughly every two weeks to get a fill and color change. I have been a client of USA Nails since 2011. The old building stood when I stated going here. In my opinion they are THEE best place to go in town. Long, Hana, Dave and Lisa are who I usually work with. All four of them are Fantastic! The last few visits I have saw Danny and he is just a good and seems to fit in well. I will never go anywhere else in town.

Now, I haven’t gotten my nails done in several years, but I’ve ALWAYS gotten Pink & Whites when I’ve had them done, and I’ve NEVER had anyplace basically do “Whites” and paint the bottom portion a pale pink afterwards. I went in on Wednesday to get a mani and pedi and nails dipped. This is my 3rd time and the first 2 were great. This time however I should have saved my money! I chose my dip color as usual, specifically said I wanted the matching red on my toes. The man said no, lighter red(as I was getting a design of the flag). I said no, I want the red the same color as my nails. Nope!! They are a much lighter red. Then Annie was doing my manicure, cut through my skin when cleaning my cuticles, was busy talking and kept ripping my skin with the nail file! The next day 2 of my nails are now chipped. My best guess is because she was too lazy to use remover to get the old dip of and instead used the electric file! My nails are already super thin from Chemo therapy which is why I choose the dip! Finally, they kept repeating the cost to me as if I couldn’t afford it. I was just there on Mothers day and spent over $200 paying for a stranger that had never had her nails done. Believe me honey, I have the money!!! I will never go here again!!!

We got there at 630p. Left at 930p. Had 3 full sets done. By the time they got to my daughter-she was dead last of the day-he just didn’t care anymore. It was her 1st time getting nails done & he tore he fingers up. Other than that it was ok.

Seriously had a pedicure and the guy was so ruff that he bruised my big toenail . I won’t be back. I always go and have my nails filled by Amy but the prices for a full set with gel polish and a $45 pedicure with gel polish cost was $105 I will never go back Everytime I go in the prices always raises .
