I used to go during the week (it was not so busy) and there were always 2 girls who did a FANTASTIC job with my nails, but now that I work full time, I can only go during the weekends. I’m always the first or one of the first ones to get there and it seems they’re doing a good job until it starts getting busy. Then they start rushing and don’t pay attention to details AT ALL. They just want to take your money to go on to the next client. Poor job and terrible service. My nails don’t look worse cause I call the tech out on missing some details, but they still look cheap and trashy and I pay good money for them.

I went in today to get my nails done and as soon as i walked in i showed the guy the design i wanted. it was super simple. 3 different colors with wavy lines is all i asked for. Right before he went to paint my nails he told me i had to pick a different design. told me i had to pick a color to paint my whole nail then still charged me $90 for mani and pedi. he had all the acrylic done then told me. i switched nail places to go somewhere who could do designs and this is what i get.

Made an appointment a week prior and still had us wait over an hour. Guy didn’t even bother to cut my cuticles and looks like I need a fill after JUST leaving. Was sitting in the chair shaping my nails MYSELF. Will not be back or recommend to others.

They didn’t finish filing nails. They are rough and sharp. They left a bunch of nail polish around all my nails and didn’t bother to clean it off. Missing a chunk of nail polish on one nail. When I asked about it, She filed it and then walked away. I had to ask someone else to fix it. I will not go back. Gel manicures
