I came in yesterday for a gel pedicure and an SNS manicure, which was the most painful manicure I’ve ever received. The tech made my cuticles bleed in multiple spots, and the open wounds made the solution she used after REALLY sting. She also used the drill on my natural nails to buff them before dipping which continued to aggravate my cuticles. After dipping, she used a really coarse grit file to shape and file the sides (it seemed like a file that was made for acrylics). It was really uncomfortable, and it also seems like it made some of the powder peel up and look weird. When I got home, I had a bunch of excess hardened powder under and around my nails that I had to peel off.

This is by far the worst quality work done by a nail tech. The picture doesn’t even capture the low quality work. The employees were very nice but if you cannot do a french tip perfectly then do not tell me you can do a french tip. The lines aren’t straight and the black definitely needed another coat. I paid over $60 dollars to receive a service that I could have done better myself. Also, one nail has already chipped 48 hours after service.

I thought I liked this place I’ve gotten my nails filled here about 3 times by a lady named Quinn witch I love and then I made an appointment for a removal. I WILL NEVER GET ONE HERE AGAIN!! They gave me a different girl this time and she used a tip of another acrylic to pry my acrylic nails off making four out of ten bleed! One was so badly ripped I ask if she thought a nail would even go on top she said she would fix it, then proceeded to super glue my wound shut!!! I was to nervous to tell her to stop but when I tell you I was sweating with tears in my eyes I was screaming on the inside. My whole nail is brown underneath with blood. Edit my nails are already peeling up in 3 days

She rushed them and not only that she proceeded to chop a chunk out of my real nail it begin to bleed and she just continued to put acrylic over it. A few days later the nail broke off and took Half my nail with it. I paid $60 to have her completely ruin my nails. She rushed them and not only that she proceeded to chop a chunk out of my real nail it begin to bleed and she just continued to put acrylic over it. I was there late in the day and realized I had left my debit card there. They closed before I could get back and they never called and told me my card was there. Caused me a great deal of anxiety. The next morning, called and they had my card. I asked the manager why they didn’t call me before they closed. No explanation or apology. Will no longer give them my business.

They got me in quickly which was super nice. I feel like the didn’t listen super well to what I wanted and my nails are way longer than I asked and the wrong shape. I went with a friend and they completely did not do anything she asked and hers chipped within 24 hours! (And not working with her hands!). I wouldn’t recommend going here and will not go back myself.
