Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to the nail salon for nine years. The last three times I’ve had to go in two times because nails broke within one week under new management. I wasn’t spoken to the entire time my nails are being fixed and the energy was terrible. This morning I am leaving the country I picked up my suitcase I asked her to fix the other nails that had not broken yet she told me no and this happened. I have been going to the nail salon for nine years. The last three times I’ve had to go in two times because nails broke within one week under new management. I wasn’t spoken to the entire time my nails are being fixed and the energy was terrible. Positive: ProfessionalismFirst time at this nail salon. I have to say it was a great experience. Soothing music, relaxing environment, and super friendly! My nails look better than ever, my toes beyond beautiful! The only thing I will say negative is that I was not offered anything to drink until (maybe) a favorite client came in and was offered drink etc….and then when I looked funny, they were like oh did you want anything? First time at this nail salon. I have to say it was a great experience. Soothing music, relaxing environment, and super friendly! My nails look better than ever, my toes beyond beautiful!
