It’s my wedding week and this was a complete disaster. The First Lady that did my eyebrows barely did anything, they looked the exact same and she caught me with the tweezers several times so I started bleeding. She left wax all over my face and tried to send me out of the store like that. The second lady who did them only did a slightly better job, they look different but she gave me straight eyebrows. I also have scabs everywhere from the tweezing, and my left eyebrow has an entire layer of skin ripped off. I had gone to this salon for many years a long time ago, but I will never again after this wedding week beauty emergency.

Van is an awesome nail tech. I have SNS powder and the color is like a tangerine. The nail spa is always clean. They are taking all necessary precautions for the COVID-19. I love this place. Very custom friendly. She has been doing my mani & pedi for over 2 yrs. Her staff is awesome as well . I was trying to add pics but it’s a lil complicate. Maybe next time.

The lady who did my nails and eyebrows was very nice. Quality was not there, I had a gel manicure she got the polish on my skin some so now I have ridges from it growing out which are collecting mess and getting caught on stuff. Their selection is awful you barely have any colors to choose from. She did not listen to how I wanted my eyebrows done, they do look good but I like to have them arched more and she did them flat. She didn’t speak to me the entire time till I was about to leave and asks where I live ect. Then tells me to come back and see her… Sorry I would but I want my nails done right when I’m paying money for it…

The person that finished them didn’t even finish the process, just “finished” them. My nails were rough and uneven. I asked her to fix them and it was like it made her mad. My nails were rough and uneven. I asked her to fix them and it was like it made her mad. My pedicure was also rushed and not enjoyable. Will definitely not be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady owner was very unprofessional!! The owner husband did my acrylic nails and I asked if he could do my design. He asked me to wash my hands and someone else was in my seat. He asked me to go to the other nail technician which was his wife. She asked me what kind of design I wanted and I told her a splash of different color lines on my nails. She asked did I have a picture and I told her I didn’t have one. She was very irritated and shrugged her shoulders and said okay I don’t know what you want. I informed her again as to what I wanted, she asked again for a picture and I told her I don’t have one and never mind, I’m ready to pay for the services that were render. I do not recommend anyone to go there. Her attitude is very unprofessional and she have a very nasty attitude!! Positive: Quality, ValueI have been here twice since I’ve moved to the area. I really like them. They are in a good location and I have gone at times where it’s not to busy. I feel their prices are fair and the quality is great. I recently tried SNS nails for the first time and I felt the nail tech did an excellent job. I also did a pedicure with gel polish and I love them! They were quick too, but not messy. I have been here twice since I’ve moved to the area. I really like them. They are in a good location and I have gone at times where it’s not to busy. I feel their prices are fair and the quality is great. I recently tried SNS nails for the first time and I felt the nail tech did an excellent job. I also did a pedicure with gel polish and I love them! They were quick too, but not messy. I’ll definitely be back and bring my daughters.

Would not recommend this place. The staff was friendly enough but that was about the only positive. I didn’t get the nail I asked for, the job was rushed, he never had me wash my hands till he was done, I then had to wait on another technician because mine didn’t do designs. I asked for a flower with a rhinestone on the middle. She did a good flower and put the gems on. I waited for the top coat to dry and paid and left. I didn’t even make it a yard before the gem on my right hand fell off. I walked back in and was told at first it was because I had it on my middle finger… huh then she said it was because I have on gel polish… wouldn’t replace the gem, just took the other one off and put more silver glitter polish and say glitter last longer. SMDH. I’ve had worse experiences but I surely won’t be going back.

I actually love this place a lot. They are amazing every time they do my nails. The only thing I’d fix is the wait time and the amount of people that work here. Last time I went I waited a good 15 to 25 minutes soaking my feet in water because the two people that were there were busy working. Other than that, my experiences have been amazing. Just remember to tell them thin because it will look weird, but that is with every nail salon, not just this one.
