USA Nails is the ONLY place I’ll go to for acrylics and designs. They are absolutely amazing and can do literally whatever design you want which is amazing bc I’ve never found a place like that until coming here! I have never once had a bad experience and always recommend this place to my friends and coworkers when they ask about getting their nails done 🙂

Great place! Went here on a whim (close to closing) last year when I was 38 weeks pregnant and in desperate need of a pedicure before I went into labor. They were the only salon in town that would take a late walk-in and I was pleasantly surprised they gave me a more well done pedicure than the salon I regularly went to for six years. Bonus, their salon is quiet and all the staff is friendly. My nails are always beautiful. I never went back to my regular place. I’ve only gone to USA Nails since, and will continue.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT COME TO THIS SALON. STAY AWAY OR COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. I walked in for a full set Wednesday November 24th. My nails had ALL fallen off by Friday November 26th. The salon was closed on Thursday and Friday due to the holiday. Today on November 27th I went back to ask for a refund now that my nails had not lasted me not even 2 DAYS. The owner refused to give me a refund and wanted to do my nails again. I proceeded to let them know I am from Boston and would be flying out today so I did not have hours to sit there and get my nails done. She then said that I “Ripped my nails off” and was trying to hurt their business. (Although I went in person first to try and resolve the issue instead of just posting a review) In the picture you will see my nails are healthy and there is no way my nails would be healthy if I had “Ripped” them off. I have gotten my nails done for years and have never paid $65 for a French that lasts 2 days. As well the girl who did my nails mentioned she does not even work there and was there on vacation from Texas and helping at her sisters salon, they also refused to show proof that she has a license to even do nails. On top of the horrible service, my sister and I FELL in front of everyone in this salon due to their broken wooden seats. This place is CHEAP and HORRIBLE customer service. I never post negative reviews but I sure am because they are thieves. I will be reporting them to board of health and will post this review because people work hard for their money and this is UNFAIR AND WRONG.DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON. Owner was nice and polite. Also, at the end of my visit, she restated that if I did not like them, to come back and she would fix them for me. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Price: $85. I tipped $15 for her time. I paid a total of $100. The pictures of my nails are from the day after they were done. The more I looked at them, the more disappointed I became. My coworker thought I had acrylic nails because they were so thick. My middle and ring finger were sore from one nail being filed so close to the bed and the other from my cuticle being overclipped. I ended up going to have them redone later that afternoon at a different salon for fear of further disappointment. The polish came off in sheets. The picture of my pedicure was taken exactly 5 days after I had them done and they too, had started peeling off in sheets. I hate to leave such a bad review but I want to make people aware of the risk they take when spending that much money.

This is the only nail salon I will go to! All of the techs are so sweet and talented. They are very accommodating, checking in every step of the way to make sure you like how everything is coming along (shape, color, design, length, etc.). I have never left this salon feeling unsatisfied with my nails, even with the ambitious designs I come in with ;).
