Coming from out of state to visit family for the holidays, thought it would be great to go pamper ourselves. Staff was pleasant. Which is why I’m giving them 2 stars. However, soon after leaving ” not even 30 mins later” my sister’s gel polish started to peel. Later that evening, the gel polish on my thumb also started to peel.. My daughter’s nails looked like they were done by a child.. For the price $$$ I paid and the tip that was given, this was not what I expected. The list could go on. My advice is don’t waste your time and money here, spend your $$ and time elsewhere. Will not be returning.

I’ve given up on this nail salon!! I usually get my eyebrows done here but recently, they don’t seem to care about their customers!! I use to get a pedicure there, but I realize t they don’t sanitize the shop and equipment after each customer properly!! I give them a !!

I came from out of town to visit family and got my nails done (Gel Polish) in preparation for a family event. When I left so far so good. After being gone for 2 hours, I brought my niece back. On our way, I noticed that my right thumb did not have a top coat and the entire side of my nail was still wet and rippling. While waiting for my niece to get her nails done. My nail tech asked why I was back and said if anything was wrong that she was NOT there as she continues to do someone else’s pedicure. Luckily the gentleman that did my nieces nails was willing to fix it for me while I waited with her. The next day I wake up to the entire second and third coat of polish gone on two nails. Keep in mind this is gel and I get gel so often that I know what it is and is not suppose to look like. I go back on Sunday to get it fixed for them to not even be open (Just Great!). I come home and not even two days later 4 more nails have chipped just as bad as the first. I will not EVER come back here to get my nails done again.

Very unhappy with my experience here. In preparation for my sister’s wedding, we came wanting pedicures and manicures. My sister’s (the bride) nails looked awful. They were crooked, the cuticles untouched, and the polish was almost transparent. When she asked for them to be fixed, the nail technician argued with her and was very confrontational. My other sister’s foot was cut 3 times during her pedicure. We will go elsewhere next time. Regretful that this place got so much of our money.

Didn’t like how the person was rushing while doing my nails especially when there were hardly any customers. The person was nice and I’m not saying she should have spent all day on me but if she didn’t rush like she had 20 people waiting behind me then she wouldn’t have made so many mistakes while doing my nails. Other than that everyone was nice and next time I’ll ask the guy Chris to do my feet and my nails because he seem like the one people gravitate to lol.
