I had a bad experience at this place. I asked for a soak off and the person that was doing my nails removed my acrylic nails with a cuticle remover and put a fake nail in my nails to remove the acrylic ,she made my nails bleed. The shaping it’s so bad she didn’t file much and applied the clear acrylic bad . She applied gel and you can tell the spots she missed. I don’t recommend .

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWalked in for a refill and the lady talked me into a pedi. She requested I get gel I refused. Pedicure was basically a foot bath and scrub. No oil, no lotion, no massage.So before she goes to paint I ask if they do massage she tells me oh I forgot. Rubs my feet for two seconds (no joke) and then paints. Meanwhile I’m drying my toes and the only nail tech got “too busy” so I couldn’t get my refil I originally came in for.And paid $30 for a freaking foot bath! Went with my mother in law to get pedicures and the one lady took a nice chunk of skin off the heal of her foot. My lady was just very rough she cut me with the cuticle cutter and burned my nail with the electric nail filer. I was disappointed in the service.

I went here to get a pedicure and a fill on Saturday, March 24th. The young lady who did my pedicure did such an excellent job, I might go back just to get my pedicures done here. When it came down to my fill in, first of all they always say your nails are old so you will spend more money. I told them maybe next time, then they want to use the new polish that already has the gel incorporated in it… more money. I wanted regular nail polish and then the gel put on afterwards. Now after getting it done this way for so many years, I now have to dry the nail polish before getting the gel put on. Through my experience if he gel is in a nail polish bottle and not the round container it must be cheap. I have always had issues with this gel when it comes to peeling. This time when I got home, I noticed that although getting the gel and nails being wiped off with alcohol, my nails were messed up and smeared. Called the shop owner and she told me to come back on Sunday @ 10am and she would fix them at no charge. I showed up at the shop at 10:10am, shop was dark and it appeared that it was closed. I called the number, no answer. It amazes me that the manager told me to be there at 10am and she was not there, nor were any of her employees. I will be going somewhere else to get my nails done. Again, the girl that does pedicures is sheer perfection! She needs to find a more reputable and reliable shop to work for. Very disappointed.

I used to enjoy this salon. There was a man who worked here that took his time and used sterilized or new files and sanding stones for every customer he saw. If I had regular polish applied he let each coat dry before applying the next. Over the past year I’ve gone twice. I won’t ever go again. The man doesn’t seem to work there and the two women I got rushed and used dirty files. The first time the lady cut my cuticles on my hands so close they bled. The second time the lady cut them around my toes so badly it took a month before the scratches were gone. I also ended up with Athletes Foot after this visit. I got regular polish once and the manicurist applied it so fast that three hours later it came off each nail like a sheet. The under coat was so wet it slid right off the nails! The next time I got gel because I thought no one could mess that up. Wrong again! The gel polish they used must have been old because it chipped and was flaking off by the end of the second day and it was gel with GLITTER! Glitter will stay on anything and this polish was flaking off! Two expensive mistakes, several bloody fingers and toes and a fungal infection later and I’ve finally learned my lesson! The only good thing is there’s never a wait. I can guess why that is though!

I came here today on Memorial Day since they were open. I called and got a 4:30 appointment. Came at 4:25 and there were three people before me with only one worker. She said she will call me to come back. So I leave and come back two hours later and she tried to give me a new set when all I needed was a refill and REFUSED to fill my nails, on top of that tried to charge $60 for a full set. I wasted my whole day with this place trying to get my nails done & walked our of there in tears. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nails were crooked and uneven. Tech missed the whole left side of my nail, had to point it out because she was about to put on a top coat. Very disappointed, service does not match price
