I called to inquire of services BEFORE making the trip there. I was told they did not take appointments and to “just come on in”. When I got there, I was told I would have to wait 1.5 hours before I could be helped. When I asked why they didn’t take appointments, I was told because they “didn’t have enough people to make appointments”. That made NO SENSE to me. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back there.

The worst place ever. The lady had my thumb bleeding, the pedicurist did not even clean out from under the toenail. I thought I would give it a try, but for what?? Worst service in a nail salon. Very disappointing.
