Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will not be back here, and would not recommend- go somewhere else!! I asked for a pedicure and SNS on my fingernails, and was immediately placed in a pedi chair (rushed to pick a color, even though there were only 3 other people in there). Before I could get my headphones out, a bowl of acetone was placed in my LAP. Through the entire pedicure, another lady stood next to me and worked on filing off my previous SNS – I got green polish dust all over me and had to hold my arms out, while trying not to spill the acetone still sitting in my lap. I have a cut on my pinky cuticle, my toes look TERRIBLE, and they didn’t think anything was wrong. The lady that worked on my fingernails even acknowledged that my toes didn’t look good, but all she said was “sorry.” The polish on one toe looks goopy, the other big toe is cut into the shape of a triangle, and the other toes have more paint on the cuticles than my actual nails. I will not be back here, and would not recommend- go somewhere else!! I asked for a pedicure and SNS on my fingernails, and was immediately placed in a pedi chair (rushed to pick a color, even though there were only 3 other people in there). I exclaimed I did not like my nails, while she was doing my nails, and before payment. The manager called herself trying to check me, when I was right. BY LAW IF A PERSON DOES NOT LIKE SOMETHING THEY ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY. I hated my nails & I asked if she’d remove them so that I can take my business elsewhere & I’d still pay for my toes just not my nails because I didn’t like them, she resorted to almost calling the police on me because I wasn’t paying for these ugly nails. She increased the price as well because before I complained I was only going to be charged $74 but I had to pay $80 ..
