I once went in and asked about prices. Instead of talking to me the guy just pointed at a price sheet on the wall in a turse way . I looked at it and realized I didn’t know what the listed items where (it was my first time in a nail salon / and inquired about the services offered on the list. The guy just kept repeating the list back at me instead of answering my questions and looked irritated at me for asking questions .So I left and haven’t been back. I have since received a gift certificate as a present from a family member to this business and I still won’t go back. I’d rather let the certificate go to waste than be treated like this again .

I called to ask if they do walk ins. And they said yes and was trying to ask me if I had an appointment and i couldnt understand what she was saying. So she asked for help and another woman got on the phone and asked if I had an appointment i said no i dont . do you have to make one? Or do you do walk ins. She handed the phone back to the first woman and she said hello I said hi so and then they hung up on me as i heard them laughing in the back ground. I would rate this 0 STARS But I have no choice to put at least 1. Thats not deserved due to poor customer service. I saw a review about not having good service here and arent good people. I witnessed that first hand. So much for giving the benefit of the doubt .

Not very friendly. Did good work but not really much of a relaxing service. Normally I get a nice massage of hands of feet with mani and pedi. They don’t do that. They didn’t do any extra. Felt rushed. And I was overcharged. $30 for gel manicure, $45 gel pedicure and $10 eyebrow wax and they charged me $90. I questioned and they tried to explain but I couldn’t understand.

Went to go get my nails done 2 days ago and today i had to get them removed because they were getting infected. Told her nicely that my nails were messed up and asked if she could fixed them and she just huffed and fixed them as her pleasure. Kept getting mad because she had to keep repeating herself because I could not understand her.

Not a fan went in the first time and waited a really long time. They started waiting on a person that came after me, and then the lady started yelling at that customer. And the man that was there was talking on the phone the whole time he was working customer. So I left and didn’t even get my nails done. Not going back

I’d give zero if I could. I just brought my almost 10 year old for a Mani/pedi she has begged for as her 10th birthday is this week. The woman who performed the service never smiled and spoke a single sentence, asking her age. She was put out that we came in as she sighed and pointed at the polishes on the wall. What an absolutley awful experience. Never again.
