Horrible job on my nails. I am new to the area and I made an appointment based off a friend’s recommendation stating this place was the best. I came in and had to wait quite a while, no big deal at all. I am willing to wait for quality service, especially since this is for my wedding. She did my nails along with two other girls at the same time bouncing from my seat the theirs. The actual nails were bumpy and uneven. The polish is not quite what I wanted, which I could deal with if it was applied nicely; it was not. I really wanted some nail art on my ring finger but was never given the chance. I left her a tip as I know she was working hard trying to keep up with the influx of customers, and there were a lot of walk-ins, some even leaving after waiting too long. I felt like I was just a transaction, I did not the relaxing personal experience I am used to when I go to the salon. And I thought maybe a little more care could be done knowing it was for my wedding, but it seems like the opposite happened. I had to spend $30 to get them fixed for my wedding. I won’t be back.

My wife and daughter were looking for a place to get a pedicure for my daughters birthday, a little ritual my wife is trying to start with the little one. This place is always very friendly and ended up painting my daughters finger and toenails for no charge since it was her birthday. Them doing this plus even working with a 4 year old is neat to me. So I recommended someone come with me and her husband made my nails look like a child did them. When I went back in today to offer them a chance to make it right, I waited over an hour for her to accuse me of lying saying that was not her husbands work. Then I showed her the exact dip color was that he used, she was still getting an attitude with me about it. I then turned around and asked that her husband inform her that he, in fact, did do my nails. So at this point she said in a very rude manner just give me your hand. I was not about to let her touch my nails at this point as I was appalled by her unprofessionalism and refused to be spoken to in that manner anymore. The first experience with the owner was great and she did good work. So I recommended someone come with me and her husband made my nails look like a child did them. When I went back in today to offer them a chance to make it right, I waited over an hour for her to accuse me of lying saying that was not her husbands work. Then I showed her the exact dip color was that he used, she was still getting an attitude with me about it. I love TT and Richie!!!! They r very hard workers and do an AMAZING job everytime. They even stay pass closing time, if need be, to make sure all of their customers r taken care of. It’s a fun and relaxing place to be and sometimes u even make new friends.
